A repair on a customer's Damon Daybreak
This was caught on a concrete post on a tight turn and the following repairs carried out:
This process involved taking the rear end cap from the RV and strengthening from the inside using aluminium and fibreglass bonding materials to resist any movement that could otherwise result in spider web cracking of the panel .The outside was then fibreglass filled and prepared to a primed finish. The end cap was then replaced and final preparation carried out before being painted back into the original colours. This was then baked in a 40ft spray booth oven. We then refitted the rear lighting/ladder and all other fitments before the laser cut and colour matched graphics were applied to finish the job.
